Do you accept insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance. This gives us the ability to customize our care services to exactly what you need rather than what insurance dictates.

What services are provided?

While we don’t do it all, we are a concierge service that strives to take the stress off you and your family. This means that we can handle many of the stressors that can come with navigating and managing your health and wellness. We are not a large agency with a rotating staff.  We are a concierge service, which means you will know your team and they will know you and your family.  While we are experts in healthcare navigation, our services also often include healthcare navigation and advocacy, respite care, aging in place support, surgery & recovery support and more.

Do you provide licensed nursing care?

I am licensed and insured but am not able to provide medical advice. Our services are not intended to take the place of your medical doctor or care team. I help to advocate for them and coordinate just like a family member might do but not a traditional home health care agency.

What is the cost for services?

No two clients are the same, and we work together to customize the services that are needed. We do offer a monthly membership option as a more cost effective option for families who need repeat care.
